Canva is a great tool for creating a wide variety of media in a wide variety of sizes. Canva also has and educational plan (which I do not have).
With Canva for Education, you can create engaging lessons and activities for students. Members can access thousands of templates for any subject, grade, or topic. With an Educational membership you can also enjoy all of Canva’s premium features for free and get more.

I use Canva to create the banners for my blogs, the thumbnails for my items in my Etsy and Teachers Pay Teachers store, and the covers for my books in my Amazon store. I have also used Canva to create certificates, workbooks, bingo cards, scavenger hunts, worksheets, and other educational activities. Instagram reels and other social media posts can also be created in Canva – I’ve done it and it’s fairly easy.
Canva can also be used for creating presentions, brochures and Wall Art – something many librarians do regularly.
I haven’t used Canva for Education but the website says that it can integrate with your online classroom platforms. You can also invite your students to your membership. I wish I had known about this when I was a librarian. It is a great tool for librarians or classroom teachers.
